    Rental Policy

    • Members must present their Laurier OneCard in order to access Prism Rentals
    • Rentals are due before 3pm on the due date, to avoid a $5 fine which accumulates each day until the laptop is returned.
    • Members can check the due date of their equipment by logging into the Prism Portal.
    • Students are responsible for equipment in their possession and will be required to pay any repair or replacement fees if rented equipment is damaged or stolen.

    Rental Renewal Policy

    • Rentals can be renewed prior to their initial due date for an additional rental period.
    • Members can renew their equipment via the Prism Portal, at the Member Service Desk in LH1014, call the MSR desk at 519.884.0710 Ext. 2255, send an email to support@prismresources.ca, or shoot us a message on Facebook.
